So last week I blogged about going to the newly awarded “best panino in Italy” joint that just opened in Modena a few months ago called Da Panino. The sandwich was very yummy indeed and I wrote a full review about the place and explained why it is actually HARD to find a good panino in Italy here! I couldn’t pass up the chance to wear some spiffy clothes so I present to you my new closet additions!
My Leather Over the Knee Boots
Ok so these aren’t new at all, actually I’ve had them for over a year, but I can’t get over how much I love them. If you saw yesterday’s post I did a round up of where you can buy REAL LEATHER, flat, over the knee boots for yourself for under $160. That is around how much I paid for these babies I also bought them online here and I don’t regret a single cent. I will wear them until I need to repair them, and then I will repair them and wear them some more!!
My Over Sized Coat
You’ve seen this coat before here on the blog (or everywhere if you follow me on Instagram!). It was my birthday gift from my mommy and daddy (yes I’m 34 and a half and I still call them mommy and daddy!) when they came to visit last summer. It was around 110 euro on sale at 50% off from the brand Stefanel. It is a knit cotton blend “coatigan”, much heavier than it seems. I recommend checking out the Stefanle website, they have a whole “outlet” section filled with sale items. This coat has been the BEST PURCHASE this season as I’ve gotten non stop wear out of it and just love putting it on. If you read this post about the new “U” silhouette coat, than you know that I’ve been onto this trend for a while and predict it is here to stay! Here are my reasonably priced options for the trend.
My New Detective Hat
This hat was a great buy. It is by the luxury Italian brand Dondup, famous in Italy for their men’s tailoring. It makes me feel sophisticated and put together and gives even a simple outfit some stylish appeal. Hats aren’t for everyone though. This is a “look” …..and detective isn’t for everyone, but I really do love the way it is made and makes me feel and I am getting some serious envy from every man that sees me in it. Come on guys, you know you want to wear a detective hat, so just go for it! I bought this hat on sale here.
My Adorable Little Boy
Hehehe, ok so he’s technically not *that* new of an addition (2 years and 10 months!), but he is a constant staple either on my hip or holding my hand. And he JUST started accepting cuddles so I am enjoying every minute!
My BeWhy Accessories Gold Leather Crossbody
This bag shocked me. I really didn’t think I would EVER WEAR IT when it was gifted to me by the lovely Emilia at Be*Why Accessories, an up and coming Italian brand. It is so ……well….GOLD!
But I was wrong. I wear it non stop. I wear it with black, with brown, to the market, out for drinks….EVERYWHERE. I can’t put it down. It has become my all time favorite bag. So when I called Emilia to tell her that I LOVED it and am using it all the time, I was so happy that she offered to give me another one to GIVE AWAY!!
Please take a few seconds to enter the giveaway below for your chance to win this bag valued at 130 euro ($160 US). Please note that this bag should retail for double that, however, Be*Why Accessories has made a conscious effort to keep the markup on all of their products to a bare minimum to make this affordable luxury. And luxurious it is! Italian tanned gold supple leather, real leopard printed cavallino fur detailing, and a solid bronze chain make this bag the absolutely perfect holiday accessory.
Did I mention that ALL of the Be*Why Accessory products are 100% artisan handmade in Italy. The brand Be*Why is just launching and this product isn’t even available yet on their website, which is just being made! Only recently have Italian artisans understood the power of selling their products online directly to international consumers, so Be*Why is really ahead of the game. To keep up to date on their new collections and lines please follow them via Facebook or Twitter – every follow is also an entry, see the giveaway below and GOOD LUCK.
