Today the sun’s shining, and it reminds me that it won’t be long before SPRING IS HERE!! And along with it my SPRING WARDROBE! If you’re like me, every year as you put away those big, bulky sweaters and thermal underwear (*smile*) and substitute them with the same pair of shorts you’ve worn for 5 years (and hope to fit into for yet another year) you can’t help but wonder, is my Spring wardrobe in style?
One of the problems with fashion trends is that sometimes there are an overwhelming amount of them, and not all of them are user friendly (hello crop tops everywhere and flat ugly sport sandals). But this year…..this year will be different.
I’ve spent the last 8 months (or so) following the Spring 2015 trends. This week, I thought I would spend a bit of time going through them with you and sharing my:
MOST FAVORITE WEARABLE TRENDS FROM THE SPRING AND SUMMER 2015 FASHION SHOWS!
Update your warm weather wardrobe with today’s featured Spring 2015 trend : WHITE LACE, it was EVERYWHERE on the catwalks. I’ve been planning my spring looks around this trend and I just CAN’T WAIT to wear it!
SS2015 TREND – WHITE LACE
This is white hot, I love what Valentino and Chloe presented in their spring collections and also Roberto Cavalli.
You can find a selection of looks from the Spring 2015 runway shows on my SS2015 LACE – TREND board on Pinterest. That’s right, I have a whole board dedicated to the spring trends, that’s how wearable they are! Finally, this spring there is the return to femininity, elegance and sexiness and I cannot wait!
Get the Look For Less:
If you’re like me and LOVE the designer looks but can’t quite afford them, here is a selection of my favorite pieces that you can find ONLINE RIGHT NOW AND ON SALE!! These are all relatively cheap, and if you’ve read my fashion philosophy post, you know that I splurge for things I’ll wear *forever* and skimp on things I’ll love for a year….or two!
Fashion is on my mind this week, so tomorrow I’ll share Spring’s next MOST WEARABLE trend and where you can find the look, right now, for less! If you’ve read this post from last week, you know I’ve finally accepted the fact that I’m a fashion blogger (yikes) and so you can look forward to a much more honest approach to my love of trends and all things … a la mode, along with my usual travel, foodies and life related tidbits!
